The introductory course takes place in one day and is excellent, including a vast amount of info/climbing and the screening of awesome videos. The intermediate course takes place over two days one night and is presented on a private piece of land in the eastern free state - really really awesome crags! Apart from these courses they also offer guided climbing in the drakensberg and lesotho and loads of other adventure activities!
